1. How long is the campaign running?
The campaign runs from 15th to 31st May 2025.
2. I’m already an active member. Can I still benefit from the offers?
Absolutely! You can enjoy discounts when you upgrade your membership package, and get 20% off your next one-month renewal when you bring a friend to sign up.
3. What’s included in the value-added bundles?
We’ve created special packages to help you commit and save:
- 3-month package: 10% off + 1 free nutrition consult
- 6-month package: 15% off + 1 guest pass + 2 free consults + 30-day freeze option
- 12-month package: All of the above plus an extended freeze period of 45 days

4. If I already have an existing subscription, how can I benefit from the Value-Added Bundles (3, 6, 12 Month package offers)?
You can add months to your current plan. The new package will take effect once your current membership expires.
5. I’ve already made my membership payment for 3/6/12 months. Can I still benefit from the offer?
The offer only applies to new 3-, 6-, and 12-month packages that are purchased between 15th - 31st May 2025. However, you’re welcome to purchase a new package now, which will activate once your current one expires.
6. Can I sign up for a package now and start later?
Yes! If you don’t have an existing membership, you can purchase a package now and begin anytime before 30th June 2025. This is perfect if you’re planning your return.
7. How does the Buddy Pass work?
Bring a friend who signs up during the campaign, and you’ll receive 20% off your next monthly renewal.
Your friend also gets a free consultation session to help kickstart their journey.
8. What’s the Welcome Back package?
If you haven’t trained with us since 15th April 2025 or earlier, you qualify for our Welcome Back deal:
- Up to 20% off your next month
- 1 free PT session + 1 nutrition consult
We’ve missed you, and this is our way of saying “welcome home.”
9. Who qualifies as a “guest” in the offers?
A guest is someone who has never been a member at FitSpot Gym.
10. How do I book a free nutrition consultation for my guest?
Once your guest signs up for an eligible package, our front desk team will assist with scheduling. You or your guest can also call/DM us or book in person.
11. Who is eligible for the “Welcome Back” Package?
Clients who haven’t trained with us since 1st April 2025 or earlier qualify. this is the perfect opportunity to jump back in!
12. Can I transfer my guest pass or Welcome Back offer to someone else?
Guest passes and offers are not transferable. Each offer is linked to individual client activity.
13. Can I combine the Welcome Back offer with other discounts?
No. Only one offer can be used per client per package, to ensure fairness across the campaign.
14. Is there a raffle or giveaway?
Yes! Every new or renewed package purchased during the campaign enters you into a lucky draw. Prizes include:

The winner will be announced in early June.
Terms and Conditions
***Membership freezing is only allowed for 6-month and 12-month packages. Requests must be emailed to [email protected] at least seven (7) business days before the desired freeze date, specifying both the freeze start and reactivation dates. Billing will pause during the freeze period and resume automatically afterward, with the freeze period credited to the membership duration. Late requests may result in billing continuing without pause. Membership payments must be made in full; instalments are not accepted._
